You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items or items marked final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items that are worn, stained, deodorant stained, or animal hair.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued for store credit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

🛑 Damaged or Wrong Items?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
