Shipping policy

Okie Lane Boutique ships all orders through USPS.

Once your order has been dropped off with USPS, it is officially out of our control. Okie Lane Boutique is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or marked-as-delivered packages once they have been handed over to the mail carrier.

We always insure every package up to $100. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. Claims can be submitted by searching USPS Claims Support (or UPS Claims Support if applicable).

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or UPS

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable if a carrier does not meet their guaranteed delivery times

  • We have no affiliation with USPS or UPS and cannot control shipping times, delivery dates, or handling once packages are in their possession

For any shipping issues, delays, lost packages, or delivery concerns, please contact USPS directly, as they are the only party able to assist once the package has shipped.
